When you subscribe to Gespet, as you know, you provide us with two email addresses:


  • Your primary email address, where we send notifications, alerts and invoices, and which is also used as the login email for the Administrator user.


  • A secondary email address, kept for security purposes in case there is any issue with the primary one.


If you would like to change them, you can easily do so from your account:

  • Log into your account using your username and password.


  • Go to:
    Configuration > Change passwordor Security and Access Control module > Users > select the Administrator user > Change email.


When you make this change, the following information will be updated:

  • The login details you use to access your account (your password remains the same, only the email address changes).


  • The information stored in our system. From that moment on, the new primary email address will be associated with your account, and we will use it to contact you and send important notifications (messages will no longer be sent to the previous email address).
